Privacy Policy

Levi Studio ("Levi Studio", "we") is the controller of the personal data collected through Levi Games (www.levigame.net). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and how we protect it.

1. What we collect

  • Order data: your game ID, the character you pick (if any), the e-mail for your receipt, the game and package, the amount and currency, and the status and times of the order.
  • Payment data from Stripe: payment reference, amount paid and the result of the payment. We do not receive your card number, expiry date or CVC.
  • Technical data: the IP address used to create the order (for fraud prevention) and server logs.
  • Data in your browser: language, your last e-mail and game ID, and the list of orders made on this device, kept only in your browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

  • To check your game account, process your payment and credit the Cash to your game account.
  • To send receipts, show order status and let you find your orders.
  • To provide support, handle refunds and chargebacks, and prevent fraud.
  • To meet legal obligations, including accounting and tax law.

We do not use your e-mail for marketing and we do not sell personal data.

3. Who we share it with

  • Stripe, our payment processor, which handles payment data under Stripe's own privacy policy.
  • Levi Studio's game servers, which receive your game ID, character and package to credit the Cash.
  • Our hosting provider, which stores the system and data on our behalf.
  • Google Fonts: your browser loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address and browser information.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records only as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods required by accounting and tax law.

5. Security

  • The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
  • Card details are entered on Stripe's page and never pass through our servers.
  • Calls between the store and the game servers are digitally signed, and secret keys are not kept in source code.
  • Only authorised staff can access order data.

6. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), you may ask to access, copy, correct or delete your data, or to object to or restrict its use, by contacting us through the Contact us page. We may have to keep some data where the law requires it. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.

7. Minors

Minors should use this store with a parent's or guardian's permission.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is published on this page with its effective date.
