Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Levi Games (www.levigame.net) is the official online store operated by Levi Studio ("Levi Studio", "we"). It sells only the in-game currency and content of games that Levi Studio itself operates, currently Yulgang Reign. We do not sell or top up games of other companies.

2. Cash and in-game content

  • Cash is in-game currency issued by Levi Studio. It can be used only in the game it was bought for, to obtain items or services inside that game.
  • Cash is a limited licence. It is not money, a deposit or electronic money, and has no monetary value outside the game.
  • Cash cannot be cashed out, transferred to another account, sold or exchanged outside the game, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Prices of in-game items bought with Cash are set by Levi Studio inside the game.

3. Orders and payment

  • You need an active Levi Studio game account. Before you pay we check with the game that the ID you entered exists, but you are responsible for entering your own ID correctly.
  • The price shown in Thai baht (THB) is the amount you pay, and the Cash you receive is shown before every payment, at the same rate as the game's own top-up.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's checkout page. We never see or store your card details.
  • Once Stripe confirms the payment, the Cash is credited to your game account automatically, usually within minutes. Methods that the bank confirms later are delivered after that confirmation.
  • A receipt is sent to the e-mail you enter, and the order page shows the status of your order.

4. Who may buy

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are a minor, you need a parent's or guardian's permission before buying.

5. Account rules

  • Use of Cash and of your game account must follow that game's rules.
  • Unauthorised payment methods, fraud, bad-faith chargebacks, and reselling Cash or accounts are not allowed.
  • If we find any of these, we may suspend the account and remove Cash obtained improperly.

7. Changes to games and services

Levi Studio may update its games, items and in-game prices. If a game is to be closed, we will announce it in advance through that game's official channels.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide this store as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The changed version is published on this page with its effective date. An order is governed by the terms in force on the day it was placed.
